  Absolutely poor service. Ordered at 730pm now its 9pm. Still no food, and you ring them and it goes to an answering machine. Come on guys, just poor performance.

  Placed an order which was 45min past the time food was not cold but it certainly wasn't hot, maybe invest in some insulated bags if delivering. The food wasn't great but it's not the worst I've ever had. Really an under whelming experience

  Online menu stated free rice with all main meals, so didn't order any but then no rice was received with any of the 3 mains delivered. When politely bringing this to their attention, they were immediately defensive, rude and basically called us liars. I notice they have since updated their online menu and the free offer of rice now only exists on selected meals. Further to this, when ordering 4 mains previously (4 different meat dishes), 3 meals received were incorrect and all were chicken. We accepted this as an honest but odd mistake and did not choose to contact them regarding their blundle. After their reaction to us on the phone regarding the missing rice, we no longer order from here.
